A strong, heady beer from Shepherd Neame. Apparently a "Bishops Finger" is a type of old English signpost. Well, you'll certainly need to follow the signposts after drinking much of this.
A truly imperial stout and not for the faint-of-heart, Tokyo is a big beer to savour by the sip. Jasmine and Cranberries give the brew a taste perhaps more akin to a fortified wine than a beer and the end result is magnificent. Very expensive and seemingly brewed in relatively small quantities, Tokyo has a long shelf-life and is perfect to keep for those special occasions when only a serious brew will do.
